The 1954 Twangy Strat set was inspired by a couple of amazing sets from the mid 1950’s. Back in those days they used grade III Alnico magnets & nothing has sounded quite the same since.
We used these mid-50’s Strat’s as a tonal starting point. Using special materials along with our proprietary techniques we’ve added enhanced dynamics & increased sustain. This will also enable you to hear the previously hidden harmonics from your guitar. You’ll notice these tonal differences immediately.
These are the Best Strat Pickups for Twangy tone or Country Music. Many Nashville players own this set but lot’s of other guitarists have added sweetness to their Strat with these. If your Strat is too dark or just lacks the quack that you expect out of a Strat, then regardless of your style you should install these to wake that old Strat up. You can’t get Twang like this any other way. You’ll notice the difference from the first note.
